About Stacey
Stacey H. Rubin graduated from Villanova University and began her career as a United States Army Nurse Corp officer. After military service, Stacey earned a Master of Nursing degree from The University of Florida and is currently a nurse practitioner in a neonatal intensive care unit in Hartford, Connecticut. Desiring to pursue her love for writing, Stacey earned an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University. She has taught literature and creative writing to high school students and was adjunct faculty at The University of Hartford. She is the author of the nonfiction The ABCs of Breastfeeding: Everything a Mom Needs to Know for a Happy Nursing Experience published by (AMACOM 2008). The Baby Nurse (Bloodhound Books 2025) is her debut novel. Stacey lives in Connecticut with her husband, and they are parents of two grown children.
